We are inside Club One Fitness Center near the corner of Penn Ave and Shady Lane. Trader Joe’s is next door; Whole Foods is just a few blocks away.

Parking is abundant in the Club One lot. Just inside the front doors on the right, you will see the door to our offices. You don’t need to belong to Club One to visit us.
